Your roasted pepper and aged cheddar spread is the best thing I have ever tasted. I am getting at least five packs for my big Halloween party! Love ya!
Had some at Costco tasting station..didn’t buy it that day but had to go back the following week to look for it. Voila, to my delight, I found it and the rest is delicious history….
I just found this at my local Costco. I usually buy the Smoked Gouda cheese spread, which is awesome. So I just had to try this. I used it instead of mayo in a crab salad. Wonderful!!!! Hope my Costco continues to stock this.
I’ve been a Hatch Green Chile fan since moving to Albuquerque, NM in 1971.
Now living in Tucson, AZ where the Hatch Green Chile was sparse to find anywhere up until this past few years, I found the Costco demonstration of the Blue Moose of Colorado Hatch Green Chile Cheddar Spread, tasted it and bought two cartons.
Fantastic Find!
A friend brought some to work, and we all loved it. I think I could have eaten the whole container if I was by myself. I was raised in Denver, Colorado and Albuquerque, New Mexico, and know that Hatch Green Chile is the best. I was very excited to hear that this was being sold in Huntsville, Alabama, where I live now.
We are new fans! Tried it at Costco in Sarasota Florida. and bought it on the spot. Our new go to cheese snack. I hope Costco continues to carry it! Yum!!!
Delish!! Can it be frozen?
Costco Albuquerque/Eubank is all out. ☹ We love this Hatch green and cheddar.
found it at Costco and LOVED it! Now I can’t find it anywhere – the Hatch Green Chile Cheddar Spread was a huge hit and now I’m scrambling to find it – excellent product!!!!
Yep. Its as good as everyone is saying. Bought it at the South Austin Tx., Costco
Why is costco not caring this awesome dip anymore in Las Vegas? Where can I purchase this here?
Found your brand at publix in florida. The cheddar green chile is to die for! I ate the whole thing in one night LOL!! Can’t wait to try the fig spread. Happy I found your brand.
I found this at the Costco in Waterbury Ct and Loved it!!!!!!! Have already bought 3 containers… can’t wait to buy more! So happy I found this product!!!!!!
Liked it so much we used it as salad dressing!
Can I order this straight from you? I cannot find the 24 oz size containers anywhere anymore in Albuquerque. Your website states Sams Club has it but they only have the hummus and our Costco no longer carries it. Whole Foods sells the very small containers and charges a fortune for it as does Natural Grocers. I want the 24 oz containers of the Green Chile Cheddar Spread.
I used to buy at Costco, went to get a few, & all of a sudden they aren’t carrying anymore, very disappointed! Cant seem to find anywhere, HELP!!
Can’t find it anywhere in AZ. Is it still being made? and where can I order it from?
I want the Green chili cheddar spread. I live in Arizona but can’t find it to buy anywhere. Can you help me.
I live in Scottsdale AZ and have been to both Costco and Whole Foods. Neither have the green chili cheddar spread and said they couldn’t get it. Where or how can I buy some?
I would like to mail order the green chili cheddar as my local Costco no longer carries it. How do I do that?
Why did my Costco in Maryland stop selling your Hatch Green Chili Cheddar Spread? Is there any where else in Baltimore I can buy this?
Thank You.
Why has all the stores in the Dallas Tx. area stopped stocking the Green Chile and Cheddar dip. Please tell me how and where to get it in Dallas.

We tried this spread, the green chile and cheddar at Costco, and fell in love!
I can’t wait to try it on different things~
but it is great on all types of crackers, so far!
Bought it at Costco and my Costco no longer caries it. We made stuffed jalapenos with it – little runny but wonderful. Does Costco in the Phoenix area still carry it. Where can I get it in Phoenix?
Yummy. I’ve tried your Tex Mex and I just bought your Green Chili. It is awesomely good stuff. I might be a part of you fan club.
Do you eat this cold or can it be served warm?
You can eat it warm or cold! Some like to dip chips or veggies in it and other like to put it on tacos!
Now that I am an addict of the Hatch Green Chili/Cheddar Spread; especially after adding diced shrimp, I went to our local Costco only to find they no longer carry it.
Will it ever return to the North Phoenix Costco???????
We are shipping more product! Check back soon!
Best comfort food ever! I made macaroni and cheese using the Green Chili Cheddar Dip. For a 5 quart pot of cooked elbow noodles I added one stick of butter and then half the carton of dip. It is extraordinary! And I found a way to freeze leftovers, if there are any. I’m worried my local Costco is not carrying this product . Any other leads for me in the Phoenix area?
The Green Chile Cheddar Dip is the BEST dip I’ve ever had! Please ship more to the North Wales, PA Costco. They haven’t had any since last year and I so desperately want some! 🙂 Great product!!
Any recipes to share using green chili cheddar dip?
Can this dip be frozen?
I bought some last year at my Costco, but now I can’t find it. 🙁
I saw Janet Sims requested any recipes to share using green chili cheddar dip, but no response as of yet. I’ll ask again for both of us. Thinking of using it with spinach and artichoke … but I’m open to anything and eager to hear!!!
Is there a 12-step group for addicts you create with this stuff? We just found this at Costco. They better never stop carrying it. I gave my husband one cracker with cheese on it and told him the rest was for me.
